HOW TO REGISTER
To participate in EXPEDICIÓN GUARANÍ 2026 Paraguay, teams must complete the registration form and make the corresponding payment.
Teams will have a reserved spot and will appear on the list of registered teams once they have completed payment or made at least the deposit. With this payment, they will be guaranteed their spot and the remaining amount due will not change despite changes in registration deadlines.

INSTALLMENT PAYMENT
Teams who wish to do so may pay a monthly fee of $250 until January 5, 2026, with the initial down payment depending on the month in which payments begin.

Requirements to participate
At Expedición Guaraní, we welcome all teams who want to enjoy a true adventure in Paraguay with open arms.
MIXED TEAMS IN ARWS
For a team to qualify for EG 2026 in the ARWS category, it must be made up of four people and have at least one male and one female member.
PREREQUISITES
The following are mandatory prerequisites that teams/individuals must meet before being allowed to compete in the event. It is up to each competitor to ensure they meet the following requirements:

Each team member must have travel insurance that covers medical costs, including medical transportation for an injury sustained during a competitive event.

A minimum of 50% of the team must have, at the time of the race, a first aid qualification appropriate for the activities undertaken at the event or other appropriate and relevant first aid training and/or experience (must be shown in the race registration). A certificate of first aid for elderly persons with resuscitation is accepted.

Agree to the conditions, declarations, and indemnities outlined in the Release of Liability form and be willing to sign this at the race registration.
RETURN POLICY

75% refund of the total amount with cancellation notice by December 1, 2025.

No refunds will be issued after December 1, 2025.
